Crash the Machine Releases 2nd Full-Length CD
Sacramento, Calif. (PRWEB) June 18, 2007 -- Think of Jimmy Eat World's tour bus colliding with Stone Temple Pilots on their way to a War-era U2 concert and you're close to the sound of Crash the Machine on their self-titled second full-length album. Recorded at Killingsworth Studios West in North Hollywood earlier this year with producer Tomas Costanza, this is modern rock that matters.
"We now have an album that competes on par with major label releases," said Crash the Machine lead singer Jon Murray. "Tomas brought to the band a disciplined approach to recording that ultimately achieved what we were searching to capture on our second album: big guitars; amazing drums, bass and vocals; and, the energy we generate when playing live."
Brian Crane, Crash the Machine lead guitarist and backing vocalist, said, "Our goal is to place our music in multimedia outlets, such as television, film, video games, advertising and pretty much anywhere there is someone who can experience our music. These songs are strong, cover a breadth and depth of emotion while remaining true to our style, and we know that placements will follow."
The new album is available for download, in its entirety or as singles, on June 23, 2007, at http://www.crashthemachine.com or on myspace at http://www.myspace.com/crashthemachine. The band is currently planning its CD release show and additional dates on the West coast, shooting music videos for the first releases, and reaching out to radio and the music industry to drive demand for the new album.
